Shipping Information:
Most orders are processed and shipped next business day (does not include weekends or holidays) from the time that we receive payment.
We will notify you via email once your order has shipped and provide you with tracking information for your package. We will use UPS or Fedex Ground, which generally carries a 1-6 day transit time dependant on your location. Please consider these factors and allow adequate time to receive your package.
Shipping and handling cost is for address within 48 contiguous states in the USA. Other buyer please email me for s/h quote prior bidding.
Shipping to P.O box is NOT Available.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will gladly refund any unused item in the original unopened packaging as it was received within 7 days. Once the item has been returned and verified to be in original unopened condition a refund will be immediately issued less 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with our free shipping offer will be credited less our original shipping cost.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGE IF IT IS NOT IN ORIGINAL UNOPENED CONDITION.
RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY WITH SELLER'S PRE-AUTHORIZATION. Returns without pre-authorization will be returned to the sender.
If there are damaged or missing parts upon receipt of your order, the manufacturer will send the replacement part(s) or item(s) at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.
